ARAWA: 1922 - Rare full-ship deck plan from 1947 P&O-Orient Lines Alcoa Line: A sixteen-page CaribbeanShaw Savill Line: A rare, fold out deck plan (25" by 33") from 1947 for the ARAWA. Shaw Savill took over this ship of 1922 from Aberdeen Line in 1936 and converted her to all Tourist Class. Four decks are shown with details including furniture place and door swing direction. A note states, "each cabin is fitted with a wardrobe, dressing table, washbasin, long mirror, upholstered chair & steam heat ventilation." What else could you possibly need?
