PANAMA, ANCON & CRISTOBAL: 1939 - 3 maiden voyage cachets in red, white & blue Sitmar Line (post-WW2) The furniture in cabins andPanama Line: Three colorful maiden voyage cachets for Panama Line's sleek trio of 1939 PANAMA, ANCON, and CRISTOBAL. Each of the 3. 5" by 6. 5" cachets feature red, white, and blue graphics with views of ships, flags, and route maps. Interesting to note that each is postmarked from Panama rather than their New York departure day. Each also carried the tag line, "Safest Ships in the World". Good to very good condition with some discoloration.
