Pif Purple neutral Hárslevelű and JuhfarkPif Purple is a playful Jura red made from two rare hybrid grapes, Lon Millot (red) and Seyve Villard (a white variety). Grown on just half a hectare of red and grey marl in Saint Lothain, the grapes are picked by hand, then fermented together in stainless steel, which gives the wine a very bright, easy fruit character.
