Dark Lips №3 "Barcelona" Size:10 ML Country - PRCLight, but dense orange pigment, used for neutralizing and shifting value on melanin rich dark lips. Best for lips with a dark saturation and value. This pigment was created with a balanced amount of white to orange in order to be able to lighten very saturated lips, while also shifting them warm and not adding too much titanium dioxide.
